Whether you would like a little extra support, or you would like us to be there every step of the way, our birth doulas are here to help. We offer complete packages as well as a la carte services so you can get the exact support you are looking for.

FULL MOON PACKAGE

The Full Moon Package is our most popular offering, perfect for any family looking for a traditional doula experience. It comes with prenatal, labor, and postpartum support to help you navigate every stage of your journey.

Preparation is key

PRENATAL SUPPORT

Preparation is key to experiencing the birth of your dreams. Our Full Moon Support package includes unlimited phone support to answer your questions and to provide you with emotional support, information & resources. This package also includes two in-person prenatal meetings to help you prepare for childbirth and beyond.

Prenatal Meetings may include:

  • Birth & Postpartum planning
  • Childbirth education & resources
  • Exercises for optimal fetal positioning
  • Practice using comfort measures

LABOR SUPPORT

One of the most effective tools to improve labor and delivery outcomes is the continuous presence of a birth professional. We will be by your side throughout your labor, offering emotional and physical support to help you feel as relaxed as possible.

Labor Support may include:

  • Relaxation techniques, massage, counter pressure & rebozo
  • Advocacy for your birth preferences
  • Support for other members of your birth team
  • Birth photography as requested
  • Guaranteed back-up doula

Breastfeeding support

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

We provide immediate post-birth support for up to 2 hours.
Immediate post-birth support may include:

  • Assistance getting comfortable and settled in
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Meal prep/clean up as needed
  • Photography as requested

Within the first 2 weeks postpartum, we will come visit you at home and assist you with any postpartum needs.
Postpartum visit may include:

  • Information and resources for postpartum recovery
  • Newborn care education
  • Lactation & feeding support
  • Help processing your birth
  • Mental health check-in
  • Emotional support
  • Referrals to our trusted network of perinatal professionals
  • Time to discuss questions and concerns
